Our Story
Built on a Simple Belief: Talent Has No Borders
AgriRecruite was founded to solve two problems at once — UK farms struggling to find reliable seasonal workers, and skilled East African agricultural workers searching for life-changing opportunities abroad.
Our Mission
We believe the world's food supply depends on the people who grow it — and those people deserve fair access to opportunity, wherever they are.
AgriRecruite exists to create a direct, transparent, and human bridge between East Africa's agricultural workforce and the farms across Britain that need them most.
We handle the complexity — visas, compliance, travel, onboarding — so that farms get the workers they need and workers get the opportunity they deserve.
Human First
Every worker is a person with a story. We treat every placement as a life-changing moment, not a transaction.
Transparent Process
No hidden fees, no surprises. Farms and workers both know exactly what to expect at every step.
Compliance Built In
We navigate UK visa requirements and employment law so our partners never have to worry about it.
Long-Term Relationships
We're not a one-time agency. We build lasting partnerships with farms and workers that return season after season.
The East Africa–UK Connection
East Africa has one of the world's youngest, most skilled agricultural workforces. Countries like Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Rwanda produce generations of workers with deep farming knowledge, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to grow.
Meanwhile, UK farms — particularly in horticulture, fruit picking, and seasonal harvesting — face a persistent labour shortage that has only deepened since Brexit. The Seasonal Worker visa scheme opened a legal pathway, but navigating it is complex and time-consuming for most farms.
AgriRecruite was built to close that gap. We operate on the ground in East Africa, building relationships with workers and communities, while maintaining deep expertise in UK agricultural employment law and the Seasonal Worker visa scheme.
